Brig. ® Muzaffar Ali Ranjha carries a rich 34 years of experience in field intelligence, counter-terrorism and maintenance of law and order at provincial, national and international levels in various capacities. Before assuming charge as Chairman, PMIC, he served as the DG Anti-Corruption Establishment (Punjab) where a 100 percent transformation has been achieved in capacity building and operational achievements under his command.

His intelligence experience puts him in a fit position to govern/transform institutions at national level as he has been Sector Commander, Military Intelligence, Punjab and has served in ISI under section “Internal Security, corruption detection and counter terrorism” at Sukkur while remained posted as “ISI Staff” in Counter Terrorism Department in Islamabad. He also served in “UN Military Observer Mission” in Morocco involving refugee management.

He served on diplomatic assignment in Moscow for three years where he oversaw cooperation with various institutions of Russian Federation and CIS countries. He has laudable mastery over happenings including economic, diplomatic and strategic domains in Caucuses areas i.e. Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Central Asian States. He also has served with the UN in North Africa.

He has enormous educational credentials as Masters in National Security and War Studies, NDU, Islamabad, Advance Intelligence Craft, Langley, Washington DC, USA and BSc (Hons.) in War Studies, Command and Staff College, Quetta to name a few.
